WELCOME: A very warm welcome to you all in the wonderful Name of our Lord, Jesus Christ. May God bless you as we join together as His Family to honour the One to Whom all homage is due, and as we have fellowship one with another. If you are visiting a special welcome and thank you for being here.
MOTHER’S ROOM: There is no Junior Church during the school holidays and children are encouraged to stay with their parents during the services. Mothers with very young children are welcome to use our Mother’s Room where a loudspeaker system enables them to hear the sermons. Slightly older children (under their Mothers’ supervision, please) can also use the playground equipment outside the Mother’s Room.

- Reliable Code 10 driver with Public Drivers Permit and clean licence to assist with the transport of campers from Knysna to Hekpoort during the first week of January. The Rock church has kindly loaned their bus and 22 “Youth Weekers” are ready to board, but…. They need a driver!
-
Although very generous donations have been received, the fuel and camp fees have not been completely covered. Any contributions would be most welcome.

YFC’s faithful VW Polo has served well, but has reached 200 000 kms and needs to be replaced early in the new year. If you know of a reliable, small, fuel-efficient vehicle for sale, please contact Philip. Thank you.
CHRISTMAS CHEER: If you would like to donate dry food items to brighten the lives of those in need, please bring to the church and place in the box provided in the foyer. Or, if you would like to donate a small gift, please wrap this and label it “Male” or “Female”. Also indicate whether the gift is for an adult or child. Thank you.
EDITOR’S NOTE: As Christmas and New Year fall on the following two Sundays, I will be taking a break and there will be no newsletter on these days. As we celebrate the amazing birth of God’s precious Son and our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ, accept the following blessing and remember – JESUS IS THE REASON FOR THE FESTIVE SEASON!!!
May the peace of Christ enfold you.
May the Love of Christ possess you.
May the Spirit of Christ direct you.
May the Joy of Christ be in you and
May you at all times experience the Abiding Presence
of the Living Christ in your heart and in your affairs
this Christmastide and during the Coming Year.
