“OUTLIVE YOUR LIFE”! There are still two more sessions of this excellent course and it’s not too late for you to take part. Join us at the church at 7.00 p.m. on Wednesday evening as we follow Max Lucado’s DVD series called “OUT LIVE YOUR LIFE”. The series covers the inspiring Biblical stories of how less than 12 people changed the world! Learn from the book of Acts how the Apostles acted out their faith and how, by following their example and using our unique, God-given talents and gifts, we too can make a positive impact on our community. The course is interactive and includes notes with daily studies to help you discover your uniqueness. Please come along and feel free to invite your friends.
CONCORDIA/VINEYARD MISSION SCHOOL: During the week, the upstairs area of our church is home to the Concordia/Vineyard Mission School where the ACE system (Accelerated Christian Education) is taught. There are a number of needs for which the school would greatly appreciate donations, please.
- Trophies: The staff would like to hand out trophies to students at the end of the year as an encouragement and to recognise their hard work and achievements. If anyone has trophies that are no longer needed or that are just gathering dust on the mantle-piece, these would be most welcome. Please bring to the church marked “Mission School”.
- Computers: If anyone has upgraded a computer or is thinking of doing so, please consider donating your old computer to the school. In this high-tech age where computers are a necessity, learning to operate one from an early age is so important. Any donations would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
