WORSHIP TEAM: Do you have God-given musical talents that you are too shy or not confident enough to share? Do you sometimes wonder why you have these talents? The Worship Team is the ideal place to develop both your gifts and your confidence. Please come along to the Worship Team practices on Thursday evenings to see what goes on and to see how you could contribute to this important ministry. Alternatively, contact Frans Kock on 044-382 7240 for more information. Remember… God does not doubt your ability - What He wants is your availability!
ALPHA COURSE: The Alpha Course finished last week and Frances Swart speaks for all the participants when she says… “A special thank you to Frans and Felicity Kock as our leaders and to all the ex-Alphas for the delicious meals and guidance during the last Alpha Course. You created a welcoming, loving, non-threatening environment which meant a lot to all who attended and who experienced this wonderful journey.”

My husband and I were at the Yacht Club, watching the South Africa vs. France soccer match with a large group of avid supporters. As no-one wanted to miss a second of the match, the barman came to ask if anyone wanted a drink. His calls fell on deaf ears until the Captain (a Scotsman) shouted, “Does anyone want a drink?” Immediately, the attention shifted as a teasing and incredulous voice responded, “Why? Are you buying?”
